it's time to consider a rewarding, but demanding decision!
We have been successfully (more or less) running ICC in 10man mode for almost 2 months now, and our ranks are boasting a whole lot of new members lately.
With our latest addition of Luxuran and Thrones (welcome you two !
) we have hit the required amount of people to consider taking the next step and start our 25man progress.This sounds awesome, i'm certain, but we need to take a moment and consider the backside of this aswell.
Right now, 10man raids are working because we have a plethora of members willing to do it, so if half the raid from last nite is missing, we can most of the time manage to fill their spots with someone else, seeing as most people are nowadays considering 25man the important "loot-paradise" and therefore don't mind using their weekly save on a single attempt with maybe 2-3 bosses to down.
But what if we are talking 25man ?
Are you guys ready to "offer" your save to go to ICC 25man even if it means you might not get to down more than 2-3 bosses that week?
Will people make up excuses as to why they can't come and then, on a quiet day, secretly use their 25man save on some random PuG instead?
We need your commitment people ... unlike 10man, 25man will fail with a 100% certainty if we don't show the necessary kind of commitment. And i'd rather not have a fail of that kind.
